Welcome to PayBundler! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayBundler, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any country-specific disclosures that may apply.

  1. Description of Services

PayBundler provides a Remit Now, Pay Later (RNPL) platform that allows eligible users to send money to designated beneficiaries while deferring repayment. Loans and credit services are offered in partnership with licensed lending partners. Repayments are collected through card-based methods in supported countries.

  1. Eligibility

To use PayBundler, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally capable of entering a binding contract
  • Reside in one of the supported countries listed below
  • Provide valid identification
  1. Supported Countries & Identity Requirements

You must submit valid identification to use PayBundler’s RNPL services. This may include, but is not limited to –

  • United States: SSN
  • United Kingdom: National Insurance Number (NINo)
  • France: Numéro d’Inscription au Répertoire (NIR)
  • Germany: Steuer-ID (Tax Identification Number)
  • Canada: Social Insurance Number (SIN)

We may use identity verification partners to validate this information.

  1. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not abuse, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Complete any PayBundler-facilitated transactions as agreed with our licensed partners
  1. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, platform design, and code are owned by PayBundler or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

  1. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe
  • Bank Aggregators: Plaid (U.S.), TrueLayer (UK), and others
  • ID Verification: Persona, Sumsub, Onfido
  • Lending & Remittance Partners: Max Capital, Chipper, etc.

You agree to the terms of these third-party services, and we are not liable for their availability or performance.

  1. No Financial Advice

We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Your decisions regarding RNPL services are your sole responsibility.

  1. Data Security

We use encryption, access control, and secure storage to protect your data. However, by using our platform, you acknowledge the inherent risk of internet-based data transmission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayBundler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes after 30 days of good faith negotiation shall proceed to binding arbitration under AAA rules in Delaware, with a maximum fee cap of $1,000 per party. Small claims court exceptions apply.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

  1. Loan Currency & Repayment Terms

All RNPL (Remit Now, Pay Later) loans facilitated through PayBundler are issued and denominated in United States Dollars (USD) only, regardless of the borrower’s country of residence.

Users may repay their RNPL obligations using a debit or credit card denominated in any supported currency, subject to the following conditions:

  • Repayment amounts will be converted to USD at the time of processing, based on the foreign exchange rate provided by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
  • Any currency conversion costs, fees, or rate differences shall be borne by the user.
  • The amount reflected during repayment is inclusive of this conversion unless otherwise stated.

PayBundler does not control or guarantee the FX rate applied by Stripe or other processors
